I’m the President and Founder of Practice Collective Inc., and my days center on the two things this business was built on: client communication and sales. I spend my time talking with the practices we serve, understanding what they’re trying to grow into, and making sure our team is set up to get them there.

I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees at C.W. Post, and I’ve built my career and my family here on Long Island, in Northport. At home I have three boys, so most of my weekends are spent on a sideline somewhere. We’re a Mets house, and beyond that I root for whatever team my boys are on. When I’m not working or at a game, I’m working out, skiing, golfing, or cooking, usually with country music playing. My coffee order hasn’t changed in years: a Venti café latte from Starbucks. I’ve always believed that success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.
