Amanda Carnesi, President and Founder, graduated from Long Island University with a Bachelor’s degree in public relations and a Master of Science degree. Prior to founding Prescription PR, Amanda worked as a professional relations and marketing director for East Northport Physical Therapy, VAST Athletic Training, and Therassist Rehabilitation. Amanda also worked as Associate Publisher of Milieu Magazine, a Long Island women’s publication. Amanda’s in-depth knowledge of the communication and healthcare fields serves as an added bonus to all clients looking to gain more than a traditional marketing plan.

Lee Sommers, CEO, graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a dual Bachelor’s degree in marketing and management. Prior to coming on board as a partner at Prescription PR, Lee worked as the Marketing Director for Morey Publishing. With seven years of experience focusing on marketing, Lee has a proven track record in the field. Specializing in all aspects of marketing, with a heavy emphasis in both digital and print, Lee’s clients have seen a great advertising response as well as an overall boost in brand awareness.
